Clients are impressed when you mention about what change are you going to offer and why should they pick you. A good and a relevant answer to this almost always ends up putting the contract in your kitty. Answer about the insurance your company has, its capability to handle the project you are bidding for. Also, write about the finances that would be involved and how are you going to manage them. Write about the contingency plans you have and assure that you are going to be the best company for the contract.
